Customized single-layer tank is a device used to absorb system pressure fluctuations and stabilize fluid transmission. It achieves buffering and stabilization functions by compressing gases and liquids (such as air, nitrogen, etc.) inside the tank, ensuring stablel system pressure. Its core functions include:
Reduce the impact of water hammer effect and flow oscillation on pipelines and equipment.
Balance the pressure fluctuations of the medium (liquid or gas) to enhance the stability and safety of the system operation.
Tyical structure
Basic components: tank body (cylinder), head (such as elliptical head), operating platform, inlet and outlet pipelines, level gauge, safety valve, etc.
Working principle
When the system pressure is higher than the gas pressure inside the tank, the medium enters the compressed gas inside the tank; On the contrary, gas drives the medium reflux system to achieve dynamic pressure balance.
Diaphragm/airbag buffer tanks isolate the medium and gas through elastic elements, reducing direct contact.
By functional scenario
Vacuum buffer tank: In the processing of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, a filter screen is used to prevent materials from entering the vacuum pump and maintain the vacuum degree.
High pressure buffer tank: combined with safety valve and pressure regulating device, used for natural gas and inert gas storage.
Features
Safety: Safety valves and pressure relief devices prevent overpressure risks, and some designs require hard pipe connections and buffer bends.
Intelligence: Automated control of liquid level sensors and pressure regulating valves.
Customization: Customized according to pressure, temperature, and volume requirements to adapt to different working conditions.
